Adult Day Services Program

Adult Day Service (ADS) is a structured, comprehensive, nonresidential program which provides a variety of health, social, and related support services in a protective setting. ADS provides services to adults who are physically frail and those suffering from Alzheimer disease and other dementias, as well as adults with brain injuries and individuals over eighteen years of age who face the challenges of a developmental disability. The program is committed to maintaining and improving the quality of life of all participants. We offer daily activities, crafts, music and exercise. In addition we provide assistance with activities of daily living. The level of supervision is based on individual need.

  • ADS is open Monday - Friday.
  • Tranportation is available for clients living in the Eagle River - Chugiak area
  • Snacks and a full lunch meal are provided each day.
  • A grant from the Alaska Commision On Aging allows us to offer a sliding fee scale to qualifying seniors.
