Scheduling

You can reserve trips anytime from two days before and up to 30 days in advance by calling CERSC Dispatch at 907-688-2626 Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. You can leave a message to cancel trips anytime outside of those hours but we can not schedule a ride based on a message left.  We make every effort to accommodate your request. However, it is not always possible to travel at the exact time you  request.  Make sure to write down your confirmed dates and times of your trip  reservations. If needed, you can call in the morning to confirm your scheduled trip.

Cancellations

Call or leave a message at 907-688-2626 at your earliest convenience but please no less than 2 hours before your scheduled trip time if you’re not going to take your trip or won’t be ready. However please call to avoid having the vehicle show up when it’s not needed. Trips are coordinated the day before, so we ask you to call us before 4pm the day prior to cancel a trip you scheduled for the following morning. Frequent late cancels and no shows may result in service suspension.

Same Day Changes

We ask kindly that all trips be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. CERSC recognizes that emergencies and unforeseen events happen and we want to ensure the safety of our riders. We will work to accommodate changes on the day of service, if possible, and to the extent they do not become a pattern or practice of the rider. Requests to change trips may impact  other riders’ schedules. Dispatch authorizes all same day trips,

additional trips and changes. Drivers are not authorized to add trips or make schedule changes.

Inclement Weather

Walkways, driveways, stairs and ramps need to be cleared and sanded so drivers can safely access locations.
